Managing Multiples - Lots of Locations and Programs
One of the challenges of managing government volunteers programs is that so often we must oversee a variety of programs offered at a variety of locations. Examine best practices on how to handle the difficult issues posed by having a multiple sites and programs. Facilitator: Jan Koske
