SURVEYMONKEY

Managers of volunteer programs sometimes need to survey volunteers to make programmatic changes or enhancements.  The mechanics of doing it can be daunting.  Construction of the survey is fine, but how to distribute, how to tabulate add anxiety.  Better to do nothing than have the program look foolish.  Help rides in via SurveyMonkey.

Started in 1999, SurveyMonkey is an online survey tool that enables people of all experience levels to distribute surveys quickly and easily. For free an organization can send out a 10-question survey to 100 people and receive the results downloadable to an Excel database.  The site has tutorials to help you devise the best survey and how to analyze data.

And for $19.95 you can get lots more.

If you are considering a survey in the future, visit SurveyMonkey
