Non-Displacement of Employed Workers Regulations

NON-DISPLACEMENT OF EMPLOYED WORKERS REGULATIONS

Many thanks to Susan Peacock Reehl in Arkansas. She shared the location of a nationallawbook standard on supplanting. Several administrators wrote to Volunteer Today to say their program adhered to a "Federal Standard," but Susan was the person who found the location. These regulations are a model for any program. And technology comes through with the full text of all the regulations.

From Susan:

This is list of regulations that Corporation for National and Community Service programs are required to adhere to as regards supplanting.

Non-Displacement of Employed Workers/Non-Impairment of Contracts [45 CFR 1216]
