The Council on Certification in Volunteer Administration (CCVA) adds a new book to the practitioner literature. Volunteer Administration: Professional Practice was authored by 20 practitioners, CVAs and academicians from the U.S. and Canada. It is an 18-chapter textbook providing comprehensive coverage of the concepts and principles which define the role and practice of managers and leaders in volunteer engagement.
